Returns & Refunds

All UpGear Apparel products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change-of-mind purchases.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@upgearapparelco.com and we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
